Despite having booking confirmation was told the appointment couldn’t be found and would have to be done at a separate branch. Hygiene was poor - the therapist had to be told to change his gloves as he was about the begin the massage using the same gloves he had typed with and touched equipment with. He then said he could not perform the post surgery massage unless he had approval from a manager - he did a lymphatic drainage where he gently pressed on lymph nodes, NOT a massage. So disappointed

The venue isn’t great, clean yes but just seems cold and clinical, adequate at best. My whole experience was terrible. I went in for quite a lymphatic drainage massage and it seemed like the person who provided the service had barely any experience with people who have just surgery, let alone the major surgery I had just had. I do not recommend this provider for this type of service.
