Great deep tissue massage and very informative

Booked a super deep tissue massage after the aches and pains in my back started getting worse. Very thorough history taken at the beginning of the appointment so when massage time came she knew exactly what was needed. It hurt, like good deep tissue massage does when you've a knotted up back. Have been to other places where they don't use enough pressure to deal with the issue so was relieved when it wasn't like that here.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told that the therapist was off sick and therefore my appointment was cancelled. I ask for a refund which I was told would be transferred into my bank account as soon as. 15 days later and few emails to treatwell as well as to the physio I am still waiting for my refund

I found the massage very painful. I also found that one part of my body was massaged more than the other (the side that was in more pain was massaged less). I would not come back because the massage was just too painful. I know that the therapist wanted to work on muscles, but it was a bit too much (I had better experience before)
