The appointment started with Ellie asking what I was hoping to get out of treatment. I feel really confident that this clinic will provide the best care as when I mentioned I'd chosen massage and stretch because I wanted to eventually reach the splits, Ellie immediately knew which muscles to work on, and also recommended another therapist who is a gymnast so will probably be better placed to give specific advice on getting to the full splits. The massage was great. I'll definitely be going back.

I was told that my appointmentwas cancelled upon Me calling them to tell themi was running abit late. The lady said she wouldcall me back within the hour and didn't. This isn't acceptable.
