I had a consultation and a deep tissue massage done by Katharina who was very thorough and immediately spotted my areas of tension. The massage definitely helped my knotted muscles and I saw an improvement after the 1st session. I have booked a follow up appointment and can’t wait to see further results.

I have been to many sports massages before but nothing compares to Katherina she is so talented and experienced & extremely patient, I felt great after my first treatment & it's just getting better & better every time I come, also her advice for exercise and after care is amazing I can highly recommend her & I am looking forward for my next appointment thank you so much

Ive had a sports massage before and loved it in Minshull street. I was assured it would be the same quality however, couldn’t be further from truth. The massage itself was poor didn’t ease anything and I didn’t walk away feeling refreshed or relaxed.
