I have been having massages for a while now, and I recently ran my first 5k with their support. The therapists offered me advice about posture and pre/post exercise stretches which made a huge difference following my 5k.
I have been having massages for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. The 4 for £99 package makes regular massages affordable and Katie is always friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Each session she can ask informative questions about how my muscles are better/worse than they were last time. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my massages now!
After suffering a pain behind my knees when running I decided to visit Physio.co.uk, I had a half marathon coming up and was worried I wouldn't be able to attend. I had my consultation with Ben North. Super cool guy and absolutely nailed what I must've done to my knee and gave me a plan to work to that should get me back up to full strength. I was also recommended to not run the half marathon until I completed the plan which I was gutted about, but trusted Ben knew what he was talking about :)
After following the plan, my knees felt stronger than ever. I'm now running a minimum of 50km a week (Previously 25km prior to knee injury) and have 3 Marathons booked for 2019. Not had a single issue with my knee since and I really do have Ben to thank for this. So thank you!
I had an amazing experience here, I’ve been to a few physios over the years but this practise, and Alma in particular, were by far the best and I am happy to say I am fully recovered.
