Im a doctor and have had a problem with lower back pain for years. Ive spoken to colleagues in the orthopaedic and physio departments before but could achieve little in the way of relief.
I visited Minshull Street and was assigned Alma Cope, a young physiotherapist with excellent clinical acumen and was able to manipulate my lower back muscles effectively and recommended postural exercises. I’m into my fourth session with Alma now and am starting to see significant improvements, both in terms of symptoms and posture. Highly recommended - thank you for all the help Sam.
Great service, just what I needed following my surgery. My surgeon advised me to book in here for the best post op results. I am glad I did. I can already see the swelling going down and I feel much looser.
Had a massage from Alma for my back. She was excelllent. My back feels so much more relaxed than it did this morning. I have rebooked for next week and will now be keeping ontop of my massage schedule to ensure my bad back is kept under control. Many thanks Alma. Your treatment was just what was needed.
