I had a really wonderful experience with Pádraig. I have awful pain and stiffness and he really worked with me to help me to set goals and my massage was wonderful. I feel really relaxed and in a lot less pain. I'll 100% be coming back ( with my rickety back I've gotta but the experience was worth returning for ) thank you!
Passive Exercise
Padriag was great - asked lots of questions to find out the problem areas and worked on those in the massage. Already feeling a lot less tension in my neck and shoulders and looking forward to more regular massages to help keep the knots at bay!
Deep Tissue Massage
Padraig was friendly and very knowledgeable, was able to localise and work on problem areas and I really felt the benefit after! Provided tailored exercises for me as well. I'll be back and would recommend, thank you :)

Great massage with Hannah, who was lovely, thorough and professional. First time visiting here and I would definitely recommend and will be back soon.
Bonus that there is onsite parking.
