Lovely clean building, easy to find and plenty of parking. Amazing therapist with plenty of knowledge, made me feel at ease and had a lovely massage, really helped with built up tension.

Booked a last minute back neck and shoulders massage for ongoing pain in my neck and shoulders. Really helped me with the tension from work. Great knowledge and really took time to work on the area which was causing me pain. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a really wonderful experience with Pádraig. I have awful pain and stiffness and he really worked with me to help me to set goals and my massage was wonderful. I feel really relaxed and in a lot less pain. I'll 100% be coming back ( with my rickety back I've gotta but the experience was worth returning for ) thank you!

Padriag was great - asked lots of questions to find out the problem areas and worked on those in the massage. Already feeling a lot less tension in my neck and shoulders and looking forward to more regular massages to help keep the knots at bay!
