Hannah was really good. She’s asked what the problem was and was able to explain the treatment she was going to do for me. She then explained aftercare with me so I was certain what I would need to do. I will be going back to Hannah in the future!

I booked a massage with Jessica this weekend, mainly due to my neck and shoulder feeling really tight. Jessica did an assessment on me and found that the tightness was due to lots of trigger points and knots. She gave me a very relaxing sports massage on the neck and shoulders, which enabled me to move my shoulders and neck again with more ease and less pain. She also gave me about some stretches that I can do at home, to reduce the pain even more.

I have monthly sport massages from Hannah, and cannot recommend her enough. Having suffered with calf pain for years, Hannah has not only reduced the stiffness and pain in my legs, but has taught me ways to manage the problems through home exercises. Also with her knowledge, she offered me advice on posture equipment for my workspace. I've already recommended both her and Physio.co.uk to several work colleagues and friends. A few have already signed up and agree! Thanks Hannah

I would definitely recommend Jess. She an excellent massage therapist. She gave me great advice for exercise. Plus, it helps that she is very nice and easy to get along with!
