Very warm welcome from Jane who was very attentive and made sure she knew what I wanted before she got started. She was also reassuring when I started having a slight freakout about my waves turning into a crazy 80s perm! Nice and relaxed, we chatted for a bit and then I felt comfortable getting my book out and reading. Very happy with the end result and would go back.

Great experience at hair joy. Although I was only having a trim, Jane did exactly as I had asked. She was so lovely, very chatty and friendly. Will definetly be returning.
