Not all the hair removed, friendly staff but not that good at removing hairs with wax

It was a lovely time, she took time to find out about me, ask for my opinions in the styling of my hair. Overall a lovely and amazing time to have spent. Great experience, she has great knowledge and I love love my new hairstyle!
