A friend recommended going to Hair Joy when I was in need of a new hairdresser, and now I wouldn't go anywhere else! Jane really listens to her clients, is really knowledgeable about what works for different types of hair, and gives the most beautiful hair cuts. The salon has a lovely welcoming feel, and is always spotless. The prices are so reasonable too! I can honestly say that going to Hairjoy is the best experience I've ever had at the hairdresser.

Hair Joy is a lovely salon, it is an oasis of calm with lovely wood floors, wood and leather furniture, lovely paintings, plants and lighting.
Jane the owner is the best hairdresser and colourist I have ever had and I have been to loads. She achieves colours that other hairdressers have said would not take on my hair.
I love my cut and colour every time I leave the salon and have received numerous compliments from friends, family and even my newsagent said I looked 10 years younger after I had been to Jane.
Jane is also the loveliest person who could ever meet, she is so knowledgeable not just about hairdressing, many other subjects science, holistic remedies and more. She is so friendly, you always have a lovely chat and laugh when in her salon, you always leave looking and feeling a million times better than when you went it. Her prices are great too, she could charge a lot more and it would still be great value. Love going to this salon and look forward to each time I visit.

Hair Joy is one of those secret gems - Hidden away on a back street and easy to walk past, but once you have found it you know you are going back.
I have been going to Hair Joy for years now, as the proprietor Jane is great at doing my hair cut and colour exactly how I ask. But more than that, I find the salon really relaxing, with the wood and plants. I look forward to my next visit!
