I was recommended by a friend to visit, as both back and leg muscles were suffering from severe tension - was not sure what it would be like, I thought it would be basic, but was greatly surprised - a nice warm welcome into a smart, clean, and cosy treatment room, with a very attentive and thorough review of my overall condition and needs, before embarking what I can only describe as the best, much needed body service I have ever experienced. I was told to go for a massage, but that really is an under-statement - the masseur really knows a lot about the whole body, and looks to analyse your condition, (not just a simple muscle rub), and clearly focuses to ensure he delivers the best service for your needs, even supplying follow-up exercises and advice to maintain good posture and mobility. Have had many massage treatments before, but this is totally different, have never felt the enduring effects for so long afterwards, am looking forward to the next opportunity to book another session, thank you!
I started going to Massage Therapies & Bodywork after a knee surgery, never expecting such an incredible service. The staff have gone far beyond what’s expected in handling my recovery with care. It is definitely a place for quality service, professional advice and friendly conversation.
