Felt so much stiffness in my neck and shoulders due to long hours playing piano.
Ella managed to release all the tension in my upper back in 30 min session. Will be back regularly as it was great therapy and I love the location- right across the Hendon central station.

Thanks for the excellent Sports Massage therapy. My lower back and hamstrings feel much looser and less tight. I also loved the cosy and relaxed room ambience and a good chat with Ella. She did a great massage therapy. Strongly recommend. Also very clean ans professionalš
