Sonia was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly intuitive, tailoring the treatment to my body’s specific needs with care and precision. The massage itself was gentle, rhythmic, and deeply relaxing. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, less bloated, and noticeably more energised!
