Karina was fantastic, as a first time waxer for hollywood, she put me at ease and kept my mind off the treatment. It was so lovely to interact with someone following lockdown.
Karina was very confident and very friendly. Karina took her time which made my experience even more enjoyable.
The facility was clean and all staff wore PPE.
