Excellent massage! I spend long hours at a desk so my neck and shoulders were in bad shape. After my massage (Swedish), I immediately felt looser and more comfortable. The massage therapist was also very helpful in recommending stretches to do while at my desk and also encouraging me to try a deep tissue massage in the future to really work out the knots. All in all, highly recommended!
