This was a last minute emergency cut due to a v important business meeting the next day. I got a same day appt. Massimo is the most lovely man - he is welcoming, efficient, caring and I found he really listened to what I wanted. I was terrified having someone I don't know cut my hair but he made a beautiful job and gave me a blow dry several people commented on. Thank you so much! Will definitely be seeing you again. You are fab!
