This wasn't the best haircut experience. Massimo was very pushy and judgemental about my choices, even though I've gone through a variety of haircuts in my 33 years and know my hair very well. I've never had a hairdresser tell me my choices would leave me with bald spots, when I know this isn't true. Added to this, he cut my fringe in pretty poorly. If you have layers, he'll love you. Unfortunately, they do not suit me at all, which he wouldn't accept. He took off my dead ends, best I can say.
