I had a lovely experience here. Massimo was lovely and welcoming, and I loved the quaint little hairdressers, which was easy to find and very close to the station. Daniela was my hairdresser and she was lovely. Although I was only really having a trim, she was very good at talking me through my cut as she went along. She did a lovely job, and even though I wasn't going out afters, styled my hair perfectly! I was very happy with the finishing cut, and was overall happy with the experience. I will definitely be going back again :)
I went to Massimo's on the keratin treatment, cut and blow-dry deal. Unfortunately there had been an error with the booking which meant that I was double-booked with another customer, which was frustrating as we were both in a hurry. However, Massimo dealt with the problem courteously and efficiently and we were both seen within an acceptable amount of time. Massimo was friendly and professional and did a very good cut.
I would go back there again, particularly on the deal which was very good value.
The salon is very small but Massimo was very friendly, listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. The salon obviously has a loyal clientele following. I would go back again.

I stumbled upon Massimo Giglio while perusing the Wahanda pages in search of yet another new salon that might be able to do something with my floppy ginger mop.
After reading the sparkling reviews I went ahead and booked in for a Cut, blowdry, and treatment for the following week.
It’s a lovely little salon tucked away into a quiet little through lane near Blackfriars/Thameslink.
Massimo is warm, welcoming, kind, and sure seems to know what he is doing with a pair of scissors!
I left with feeling great and super pleased with the results (which hasn't happened in a long while) - I will 100% be returning for my next chop.
Do as I did. Book. Now!

I have always been a bit dubious about deals on hair styling, and not going with a regular hairdresser but on this occassion i had nothing to worry about!
Very welcoming staff, who put me at ease straight away. Consultation on my own colour and what would work.
The salon is small and comfortable; and therefore both Massimo and Daniela are both very attentive and aware. I didn't once feel i was getting a cheap deal and fobbed off with the junior who was just out of training. In fact there are no juniors, both have trained extensively at Tony & Guy and have been hairdressing for years. Daniela coloured, washed and dryed my hair.
I was very impressed with the colour and will definately go back!
