I stumbled upon Massimo Giglio while perusing the Wahanda pages in search of yet another new salon that might be able to do something with my floppy ginger mop.
After reading the sparkling reviews I went ahead and booked in for a Cut, blowdry, and treatment for the following week.
It’s a lovely little salon tucked away into a quiet little through lane near Blackfriars/Thameslink.
Massimo is warm, welcoming, kind, and sure seems to know what he is doing with a pair of scissors!
I left with feeling great and super pleased with the results (which hasn't happened in a long while) - I will 100% be returning for my next chop.
Do as I did. Book. Now!

I have always been a bit dubious about deals on hair styling, and not going with a regular hairdresser but on this occassion i had nothing to worry about!
Very welcoming staff, who put me at ease straight away. Consultation on my own colour and what would work.
The salon is small and comfortable; and therefore both Massimo and Daniela are both very attentive and aware. I didn't once feel i was getting a cheap deal and fobbed off with the junior who was just out of training. In fact there are no juniors, both have trained extensively at Tony & Guy and have been hairdressing for years. Daniela coloured, washed and dryed my hair.
I was very impressed with the colour and will definately go back!
I had full head highlights and conditioning treatment with Daniela. The salon room itself is small and a bit underwhelming, but the service was fantastic - friendly, confident, and attentive without being too much. The staff here seem to be very experienced - I received some good advice about colouring and what I might have done in future, and my hair post-treatment looks great. It definitely has a more personal touch than some bigger salons. I think this is a real find - I will definitely come back and recommend to others (particularly if you work or live near the city).

Fantastic location, great service, and most importantly, an amazing haircut. Very pleased with it, and I definitely recommend going here.

Daniela was fantastic. I went in with a very bad cut from a previous bad experience. She fixed it where others have failed and left me with a really natural colour, shiny hair and a great cut. She gave me her full attention and I didn't feel rushed at all. Really good
