One of the best manicures I’ve had in London. It was also extremely clean and High spec in the salon which was lovely. Really good value for money.

Long wait in between treatments, manicurist didn’t speak English, rushed,had to point out bubbles of air on my nails. Eyebrow threading was great but didn’t offer to put on the calming gel though I was very red. Facial lady was very nice but the facial VERY disappointing-NO facial massage, you get cleaned left in the room for 20 mins with steam on then you get left in the room for 40 minutes!! with a facemask and told to sleep whilst she comes in to take stuff and do other jobs every few minutes
