I booked Natural individual semi permanent lash extensions and they gave me the longest and highest volume cheap cluster lashes even after I confirmed what I booked before the treatment. I obviously only found this out after the treatment.
I am new to eyelash extensions so I wasn’t expecting to be taken advantage of and especially because it is a semi permanent treatment, to be given a different product to what I asked for is wrong. Bearing in mind the type of lashes I asked for were natural and the end result were lashes that were too big for me to wear my glasses using the longest length lashes they could...
They were painful and uncomfortable so I had them taken off within 1 day of getting them and the salon that removed them confirmed that they were cluster lashes which is not what I paid for; they also told me that they used the wrong lashes for the glue used which made it incredibly hard for them to remove and very painful for me.
I believe I am completely in my consumer rights to get a refund however the salon refused; treatwell tried to ask for a refund with no luck. Therefore I would sincerely advise anyone to avoid using this salon as they are clearly careless with what products they give to their customers.

Had gel nail removal. The gel wasn’t completly removed and my nails got completly destroyed after the session.
