Really quick and quite painless. The colour and shape are great.

Poor time management and service all around. Booked an appointment for 11am but didn’t get served until 11:30 - there was only 2 members of staff with 5 customers. When I finally got served the nail tech refused to do 2 different designs (simple ones incl. a French tip) because they were busy - clear issue of prioritisation. The nails were filed unevenly and the nail art was mediocre with lots of mistakes and smudges. I won’t be going back.
