I wanted to leave them a higher review as the staff and the venue were both nice enough, but the experience overall was pretty poor. To start there were quite a lot of additional charges. The pricing is not clear on here, so if you want a colour (who doesn't) then you'll be charged extra. That aside, it took a long time to finish my nails and within 4 days they had all come off on one hand, I've never known acrylics fall off within days before!
