My apt was not with mimi as I was left waiting 20 mins for my appointment which they were apologetic for. The waxing technique was terrible they did not pull the skin as they pull off the wax especially on areas like your upper inner thigh which the skin is softer which made it incredibly painful. She then proceed to tell me I was sweaty which was why the wax wouldn’t come off which I wasn’t as I felt my skin which was bone dry. I have been left with huge painful bruises on my upper thighs.

The beautician wasn’t very friendly. The underarm wax was fantastic - but the leg wax left a lot of hairs (entire strip on my shin)
