Wax was good, took a little longer than usual. Pedi was good, scrub and massage were really nice, could do with more attention paid to cleaning and shaping the toenails. Lovely, friendly therapist. Overall a nice experience, with some opportunities to improve further.

I HAD MY APPOINTMENT WITH TERRY THIS TIME. WHAT A WONDERFUL LADY. SHE IMMEDIATELY MADE ME FEEL AT EASE AND WELCOME AT THE SPA. WHILE DOING THE TREATMENT SHE TALKED TO ME, WHICH TOOK MY MIND OFF THE DISCOMFORT OF THE TREATMENT, AND BEFORE I KNEW IT SHE HAD FINISHED THE JOB!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT.
