Took my daughter has a birthday treat. It was quite expensive. We had use of the sauna and steam 15 minutes each then we had just a general massage cost £189.99 for 1 hour. I decided to treat my brother for is birthday on 26th June. On making the booking I was told he would have 15min sauna 15min steam before is massage. This did not happen, all he had was a few minutes massage for My £60. He said when he asked about the sauna and steam the lady told him they are not working. I rang to query
