Great massage. Always feel a little apprehensive when trying something new, but felt at easy straight away. It was definitely the best massage I have ever had and I slept like a baby that night. I could really feel the difference in the tension in my upper body straight away. I will me making time for this every month from now on as I felt great afterwards.
