This is my third massage with Sophia now. She has pretty much resolved a locked shoulder and lower back issues. So far she has done deep tissue, Thai and lymphatic drainage massage. She is extremely skilled/ knowledgable. Super friendly. Absolutely amazing massage with results superseding expectations.
Therapeutic Massage
Sophia is absolutely brilliant and I always feel wonderful after my massage with her. I've switched to antenatal massages recently since I'm pregnant and they soothe away all aches and pains. Sophia is extremely skilled and super strong! I've never had a better masseuse!! She's also very lovely and I really enjoy having a chat with her when I see her. 😄

Deep Tissue Massage
Sophia listened about what I wanted and asked me questions about my health and mobility. That gave me a lot of confidence. The massage and treatment got right to where I wanted. Afterwards, Sophia gave me some advice over a cup of tea about how to keep my joints flexible. Which I thought was very thoughtful. I'll be back! Thanks Sophia. x
