I usually go with Jenny. The appointment was booked with Jenny. I had Sophia. No prior notice of a change of therapist was given. I explained the issues were my back and legs. She then of her own accord started doing my face and jaw. Whatever she did has left me in severe pain in my cheek and jaw and needing to see my dentist. I’m in agony. Won’t be using again and want a refund.
