It was a Sunday and quiet. Only me there, and I booked a 1.30 min massage. I was booked for an aromatherapy massage, but it turned out to be a blend of sport and relaxation. It hit the spot. I fell asleep and also gritted my teeth at times. Overall, I would recommend being specific about the type of message you want when you arrive, even if you have booked something specific.
