I asked for a trim and the lady cut off about 3 inches. I asked for layers, none were given. The sink to was hair is in the only toilet cubicle. I am really disappointed as Iwas trying to grow my hair.

I absolutely love my lashes, they're curled back as much as is possible which is exactly what I asked for. The best lash lift and tint I've ever had!

The technician ran out of time to complete lashes so offered an infill session free of charge. Lashes are full and look great.
