Iva is highly professional, skilled and attentive. She is highly qualified and gives excellent advice. I wasn't happy with the brassiness of my permed hair, but was thrilled with the tone when she had finished. Her trim and blowdry were also excellent. This is the second time iva has done my regrowth and the second time I have walked out with soft, shiny, beautifully styled hair. I only visit Hampstead once a year, but will make sure I schedule an appointment with iva every time I come visit
