Iva is a magician! I came in with very complex hair and Iva completely transformed me, going above and beyond to get the colour I wanted. Despite the extensive steps, Iva took the time to explain everything and made sure my hair was healthy and safe. She dedicated nearly 10 hours to my appointment, making sure that she was not dealing with any other customers so she could pay her full attention to me. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing! Iva is fantastic!
