Not a professionally done manicure. cuticle not being trimmed nicely and polish went onto my fingers and not having it tidied up. Will not go again.

Lovely staff, venue could do with a makeover. Wasn't impressed with additional treatment. As I had a coupon was good value for money but my curly blow dry dropped out within an hour or so.
Friendly staff, good location. The treatment was well done - carefully and attentively, not sure about the value for money though.

This isn't a place to go to relax - it's in the Bond Street tube shopping centre. The manicurist was running about 10 minutes late which was frustrating being on my lunch break. The filing/shaping was good but unfortunately the varnish went on a bit messily/unevenly and I then had air bubbles on all my nails. It did last well though, just a shame it wasn't neater and bubble-free. The blow drys looked amazing though.
