Matthieu was welcoming and friendly and even very kind when there was an issue (my fault) with the booking. I loved my blowout and his studio is glamorous while also very comfortable! A wonderful experience.

Matthieu was lovely to be fair but the experience wasn’t great. I waited 30 min which he was apologetic for- it even made me feel excited for my turn as I saw how much attention he paid to previous (regular) client. Unfortunately my hair was washed once and not even conditioned - in 2 minutes. The blowdry took 15 min, none of my baby hairs were straight and the curling process 5 minutes. Honestly my hair was frizzy in less than 1hr after I left the salon and I put it up. Not worth it
