Matthieu was lovely to be fair but the experience wasn’t great. I waited 30 min which he was apologetic for- it even made me feel excited for my turn as I saw how much attention he paid to previous (regular) client. Unfortunately my hair was washed once and not even conditioned - in 2 minutes. The blowdry took 15 min, none of my baby hairs were straight and the curling process 5 minutes. Honestly my hair was frizzy in less than 1hr after I left the salon and I put it up. Not worth it

Mathieu called and said he would be 10 mins late for the appointment but was 30 mins late leaving me pretty stressed before my best friends wedding. But the blow dry was great.
