Awful! Worst experience ever! Do not go there - very rude!

I don’t usually post such things but I had one of the worst experiences ever at this salon. First of all I waited for 1 hour in total to be served and then I felt extremely painful in the way my hair was combed and treated. The result was great and we had a great conversation but I felt my hair was constantly pulled which was painful. When I addressed the issue I was told that I am too sensitive. If a customer feels pain then you must be more careful. Very mixed experience.
