No welcome on arrival, once the therapist got off her phone she came to take me to her desk after grabbing a handful of sweets from reception which she then ate herself. Ask me what colour, didn't give me a choice, didn't get spoken to as she was having a conversation across me with another stylist about 'gay/lesbian relationships and threesomes', very inappropriate in front of clients. The nail gels were ok although I had to re-apply the top coat when I got home as they were still matt.
