Terrible. Didn't offer to hang my coat up, no drink offered, 30 minutes for what was meant to be a 1hr luxury manicure, no moisturiser or massage, they didn't have the first 2 colours that I chose and the colour on my nails doesn't match the colour that I finally decided on. Tatty interior. Appalling customer service.
