Very happy with my nail extensions, all the staff are friendly and Jamie who did my nails is so good it was great to watch how efficiently and expertly he did them. The salon itself is relaxing and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend using Matilda Rose to my friends.

Appalling. The manicurist's uniform was dirty. After removing the gel manicure, she buffed my nails with something akin to sandpaper. She did not make sure my nails were dust free properly; consequently there are bits of dust under the gel, which feel like lumps. One nail was completely smudged and two nails chipped within a day.

Fabulous choice of colours and effects for nails to choose from. Particularly love the new metallic finishes. The salon is lovely, very comfy sofa to sit on if you need to wait, the decor is perfect, making the space feel elegant and plush all at once. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about treatments and products. A lady came in with an enquiry whist I was there and staff took the time to understand what she wanted and offer appropriate advice.
