I went into to Matte Dewey for acrylic nails for my friends wedding. Zoya was so nice, she contacted me before the appointment to check I could find the location. On arrival the rooms was clean and spacious. We spoke through my preferences and all my requests were met. I will definitely be going back again for my nails and maybe for the other treatments on offer.

Zoya was lovely but the lashes are not very good, my lashes are hard and crunchy and I am worried my natural lashes will be damaged when they come out. Price and quality do not match I’m disappointed.

I got my nails done by zoya, she was lovely but unfortunately my nails came off the first 4 days of getting them done. They weren't painted correctly and I requested a refund. I was told that I was given a refund through Treatwell, but the money did not come through to me. I text again to ask when I should be receiving it - she said she would chase. It's been over a month now and still nothing. I give up chasing

The venue is not your usual salon spa type with it being in a corporate office block but the room is clean and tidy. My gel nails treatment was basic and good for the price.
