I have been going here for years on and off. I feel like the quality has dropped as some of the staff are not fully trained. The pedicure I got yesterday was one of the worst I have had. Nails files too much to the point where it is painful today. Generally the staff are lovely and some also great at what they do. The issue I have is that quality seems volatile.

No matter where I've lived or worked over the last few years, I wont go anywhere but here for my nail care. Annie & Amy always make sure no matter which memeber of staff does my nails that the service in all aspects is impeccable

The best as usual! The staff are just amazing and super friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful and the nail art I got was simply perfect!
