I am a new client, but on arrival Mike warmly greeted me using my name which was a lovely personal touch to take the time to remember it before my appointment. Mike was personable, attentive, efficient and offered me practical advice for me to improve the condition of my hair at home. The haircut itself is wonderful; Mike listened to what I wanted, and again, offered good advice. He is clearly an expert and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, a really super experience and I will certainly be back
