I decided to try out one of the facial packages and Liliana was very reassuring in both before and aftercare - clearly detailing what I might expect. She checked in regularly after the more intense treatments which as very reassuring.
I did see a noticable brightening of my skin when she said I would and am now looking forward to the last lovely treatment which is more relaxing. She has great hands and her foot massage during waiting time for the mask was sublime.
