I was keen to support this local business after a great massage. Unfortunately My cuticles were cut in such a way that they bled (a lot). So 2 of my fingers have blood mixed in with the gel. She also mixed up the acetone bottle so wiped acetone in to my bleeding cuticles = very sore. She said it was because my cuticles were in a bad condition as if it was my fault (never happened in the last 10yrs of manicures). 2 days later & 2 of my nails are chipping off. No response to my emails to rectify.

I've had a honey based facial with a lots of other procedures... Absolutely loved the cupping ... And the frankincense based cream... Then I had a six star la reflexology session, and it was no surprise to feel like I have a brand new pair of feet.... Thank you Liliana for your caring and friendly, utter professional way of dealing with all my stress and fatigue I bring to the table. I'd better be booking my next session.....
