Despite on my previous visit being advised of what i needed to book for achieving the colour i wanted i was then told on arrival that the full head of highlights i had booked was not appropriate.
After five hours in the salon i came out dissatisfied and will not ever be going back despite being hounded to return to have highlights on top of the overpriced color. Yes i do regret the £10 tip i gave to the colourist as i felt that he had done a difficult job and had worked three hours longer than expected. Then got charged an additional £15 for a 'blow-dry' that was not mentioned previously. Next time i will leave with wet hair as the blow dry was just drying my hair and as for stripping the colour, well not the best job when i could see it under the lights at home.
AVOID... Specially if you have long hair.
I only went for a blow dry and got convinced by the stylist to have a haircut.
I clearly stated I'm getting married and therefore I only wanted trimmings the ends.
He cut a short lock hair which I agreed to. At no point he showed me with a mirror what he was doing. Not even when he finished.
He cut a third of my hair. Definitely not trimming the ends.
I grew up my hair for over 6 months for two purposes: my wedding day and donating it to locks for love after. Now I need hair extensions and no longer have the length to donate it. I have never had the time to grow my hair that long and doubt I will do it again.
I felt he was more concerned about selling me their hair treatment than taking care of not burning my scalp during blow dry, pulling my hair during brushing and bumping my breasts throughout.
I feel so stupid for trusting this guy.
Not much information about the massage itself & benefits & frankly cannot feel any difference.
Cannot fault the cleanliness of premises. Staff friendly.
