all in all great experience and left the salon happy
however i was charged more for my booking as apparently the prices i booked through tw are not correct
they showed me a price list of them and i had to pay more
that shouldn't happen really as i count on the prices when booking

The venue was beautiful, bright & clean. The massage was excellent! Would definitely recommend!!!
The haircut was fine but the hairdresser was quite rough and didn't really speak English so came across a bit rude. The receptionist was very polite.
First experience. Liked the speed of the service and ease of booking. Did not receive a confirmation e mail for booking.
Hair stylist listened to what i asked for and i am happy with the cut.
Hairstylist not very animated and looked fed up throughout the appointment.
Overall good value, prompt service and would use again.
