Nice clean salon. Unfortunately did not listen to what I wanted for my hair. Got the colour very wrong. Wanted to keep my natural brown hair with ombré highlights at the ends, essentially like my hair was when I walked in just freshened up, cover greys and make the highlights s little brighter. She dyed my roots blonde. And the highlights where done nearly to the top of my head. It just looks like blonde highlighted hair, not ombré at all and will have to be corrected in a few weeks when my brown roots start to show.

I had a haircut on Sunday. The staff are friendly & helpful & the hairdresser gave a good cut. I was disappointed overall because:
1) there was only one hairdresser working & he did all the cuts, colours & washed the her too. This meant the whole process took really far too long. It took 2.5 hours for me to have a root colour & abasux cut & blowdry.
2) the hair dye was put on sloppily such that it went into my face & forehead & visibly so. 3 days on and it's just starting to fade. They tried to remove the dye but I now have really painful, nasty spots where the lotion was used. My guess is that the dye was left on way too long because there was only one hairdresser working & doing everything.
The lady who cut my hair was chatty and trimmed it for me as id requested :)
I had a treatment yesterday. I was extremely impressed with my overall experience. The salon is spotless, stylish, very clean. the staff were so friendly and made me feel welcomed. The prices are very competitive and good value. I would most certainly be back for more treatments.
Very impressed with the contemporary surroundings. The staff were very friendly and I was very happy with the services they provided. Will visit again.
