Booked through Treatwell and the nail technician kept acting like she was doing me a favour that she does the nail removal even though I prepaid through the app. She spoke good English but talked with the other technician and her guest in another language during my visit. Gel removal was rushed and left the surface of my nails looking like peeled potatoes. The following week 7 of my nails broke because they were extremely thin after the rushed removal. Poor service & uncomfortable atmosphere
